I currently am not offering regular in-person group classes at either of my physical locations. If you and a friend are interested in duo lessons, please contact me.
Iām happy to come to your group or organization. Please contact me if you wish to host an Alexander class/ workshop for corporate wellness or public speaking either at your location or virtually.

Covers my travel & time to come to where you are in the NYC Metropolitan area.
Accessibility to knowledge and quality of care matter to me. I am not in the business of turning away someone who wants to learn or is in pain, due to their financial circumstances. If you are on government assistance or have occasional/ regular trouble with things like housing instability, meeting basic food and utility needs, or the ability to take time off for vacation/travel due to your income level, please contact me for information about sliding-scale classes.
